Bonjour, je dois simplifier [tex]\sqrt \frac{a^{4} }{b^{2} }[/tex] mais je ne sait pas comment mis prendre , aidez moi svp

rappel  √(a²) = |a|       √A représente par définition un nombre positif

observe : √9 = 3        √(3²) = 3          √(-3)² = 3

√(a⁴/b²) = √(a⁴) / √(b²)

√(a⁴) = a²  ce terme ne pose aucun problème car a² est positif

√(b²) = |b|  c à d    b si b est positif

                             -b si b est négatif

le quotient est :

a²/b  si b est positif

-a²/b  si b est négatif
